We can’t do refunds.

The only exception: a technical issue caused your card to be charged more than once.
We’ll absolutely refund those additional charges without question.

If you want a refund for any other reason, we’re really sorry, but “no.”

Here’s why. We used to give refunds to anyone who asked, no questions asked.
Then, people started taking advantage of us.

Someone would buy a course and ask for a refund an hour later. With the sheer size and depth of our courses, one hour isn’t enough time to even begin to review the material. Once purchased, the individual has unlimited access. People can buy it, ask for their money back, and continue using it.

So here’s what we have done to protect you!

We have created extensive information about our courses, both on our website and our YouTube channel. We want you to know ahead of time exactly what you’re going to get. If all your questions have not been answered, you can send us a message asking for more information.
